Come with us and enjoy a delightful day discovering South Tyrol's wine specialties.
Our 'safari' starts in a wine cellar specialized in the production of sparkling wines (Spumante) for tasting three different wine types. The adventure continues with a walk through the vineyards to approach the art of vinedressers and taste three more wines.

During lunch while enjoying a fine tasting menu in a special place, a producer will present you three of his wine varieties. Discover Bolzano's wines and enjoy the charm and Mediterranean gastronomic specialties.
