An unrefined valley, a famous landscape: the Sarntal is a valley of mountain farmers - original and indigenous. 140 peaks surround the Sarntal. This is a real paradise for hikers, mountain climbers and bikers - hidden away from the tourism mass.

A true Sarner wears his traditional costume with pride. A costume whose ornate sash reflects more than 200 years of trade: quill embroidery. However, not only traditional trades, but also old customs, such as 'klöckeln' - a Germanic fertility custom - are still alive in the Sarntal.

The Europa Cup Downhill Run & Superski in the winter, as well as the Italian Mountain Bike Championships in the summer are true sporting highlights. Climbing gardens, hiking paths and advanced mountain bike tours invite you to get active during your holiday.
