Monzoccolo between Bolzano and Merano is a mountain ridge in the Sarntal Alps.
On this ridge at altitudes of 1,100 to 1,500 m are the four Monzoccolo villages of San Genesio, Monzoccolo, Verano and Avelengo. A public bus connects the villages.
