Cooking with Gewürztraminerin May in Tramin Central to this event is the Gewürztraminer wine from Tramin – the most famous of all the South Tyrol white wines! During the Wine Weeks, cooks from Tramin will create and dish up various tempting gastronomic variations based on, about and accompanied by this wine. Together with Kaltern's wine producers, chef cook Roland Trettl, from the legendary Ikarus-Restaurant, Hangar 7 in Salzburg is serving specialties and delicacies from his open air kitchen, accompanied by truly unique wines from particularly special vintages for that perfect evening.
